One seat is one relationship manager.
Luscent is priced per seat, in three tiers. Nothing else is metered. This page states the mechanism rather than a figure, because the figure is set by how many relationship managers take a seat and how many booking centres are in scope, and both of those are yours rather than ours.
What is counted, and what is never counted.
A desk of six relationship managers holding 3.000 clients and a desk of six holding 300 pay the same, because the seat is the unit and the book is not.
- Clients on the book
- Assets under management
- Messages, calendar entries and notes read
- Signals raised
- Exports taken from the audit trail
- The seven years the audit trail is kept
Ninety days, and nothing is charged for them.
Three to five relationship managers, starting on synthetic clients, with the success metrics agreed in writing before day one. Nothing is owed during the pilot and nothing is owed after it. If the answer at the end is no, the answer is no, and the deletion procedure runs.
A price is quoted only once there is something to price: a seat count the firm has decided on, after ninety days of watching the product work on its own book.
Three tiers. None of them sells a data guarantee.
Standard, Professional and Enterprise. What moves between them is capability. What does not move is the list below, because these are not features and they are not for sale separately.
Why there is no figure on this page.
Because it would be a figure for a firm that is not yours. Two things set the price: how many relationship managers take a seat, and how many booking centres are in scope. Both are settled in the pilot scoping conversation, and both are written into the statement of work before anything is signed.
If you want the current per-seat range before that conversation, ask for it. You get a written reply within 48 hours, whether or not it turns into anything.
Four questions, and then a number.
Microsoft 365, with or without Salesforce. That is the whole dependency today.
The pilot is the only way to get a real number.
Ninety days, free, three to five relationship managers, synthetic data first.
