Luscent is built in Luxembourg, for European wealth management. We read the communications a firm already has, show every Relationship Manager the next right conversation, and produce the evidence while the work happens. Company pages are usually a list of adjectives. This one is a record: what we have shipped, when, where we are going, and who did it.

What has actually happened.
Numbered, dated, and stopping where the evidence stops. Anything not in this list has not happened. If you find a claim about Luscent that is not here, ask us for the date.
- The startTwo people, one observation
- Armin Prior and Dr. Frano Milos arrived at the same problem from opposite ends of it. One had spent a career on the commercial side of European wealth management, watching firms lose opportunities they already held the information to see. The other builds the models that could read that information back.Designed in Luxembourg, for the European market, from the first week. Not a US product with a GDPR page bolted on.
- 13 April 2026The first working version
- Shown at the LHoFT AI Experience Centre in Luxembourg: communications read by open-weight language models served in the EU, Health Scores across a book, Signals carrying the evidence they were derived from, and a compliance trail written as the work happens.Demonstrated on synthetic data, which is also how every pilot starts.
- NowProduct version 1.4
- Dashboard, Clients, Client Detail, Tasks, Signals, Strategy Director, House Views, Data Hub, the Compliance Home dashboard and the Audit Trail Viewer, with Microsoft 365 and Salesforce integrations. Compliance detection runs on a deterministic rules engine covering MiFID II, GDPR, the EU AI Act, Swiss FinSA and FinIA, and Brazilian CVM and ANBIMA rules. Three releases sit between this and the April version: Signals generating live in production, the full Signal lifecycle with an email draft wherever a Signal appears, and a suitability gate that is auditable end to end, with the human override recorded to the audit trail.UK Consumer Duty is on the roadmap. Some surfaces are still behind feature flags. We describe neither as shipped.
- Q4 2026 · PlannedThe first pilot cohort
- Ninety days, free, three to five Relationship Managers, starting on synthetic data so that nothing depends on moving client records before anyone has seen the product work. Applications close 30 September 2026.A pilot that starts on synthetic data is one your compliance function can approve in a week rather than a quarter.
The release ladder
Releases are gated by bars, not calendar dates: a release ships when its bar is met, which is why this ladder carries versions rather than quarters. Shipped means the bar is met in production.
| Release | Theme | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 1.1 | Broad surface: the pages, the book, the spine. | ● Shipped |
| 1.2 | Detection live and honest: Signals generate in production, and nothing a pilot sees is mocked. | ● Shipped |
| 1.3 | The loop closes: a full Signal lifecycle, an email draft on every surface a Signal appears, onboarding to first Signal. | ● Shipped |
| 1.4 | The compliance core made real: suitability auditable end to end, a human override recorded to the audit trail. | ● Current |
| 1.5 | Coherence: the full loop on live data, multi-seat, ready for pilots. | Next |
| 1.6 | Supervision at team level, and deeper proof. | Later |
| 2.0 | A second engine for structured data, and the corridor. | Later |
A beachhead, then a corridor.
Wealth management is not one European market. It is a set of jurisdictions that share clients, and the order you enter them in decides how much of the work you have to do twice.
| Station | Why it is in this position |
|---|---|
| Luxembourg | One regulator, 115 firms, and almost every one of them cross-border by default. Small enough to cover from a single office, strict enough that what passes here passes almost anywhere. |
| The Swiss-Lux corridor | The same families and the same mandates, booked in two jurisdictions. A firm that has solved its evidence problem in Luxembourg has solved most of it in Switzerland. |
| Germany | The largest mid-market in the corridor, and the one where the system of record is most entrenched. Worth entering with a reference book behind you, not before. |
| The rest of the EU, then the UK | The same argument, one jurisdiction at a time. UK Consumer Duty is on the roadmap, not in the product. |
Who is building it.
Two founders in Luxembourg and Germany, a dedicated engineering team in Brazil, and a deliberately short list of people we are willing to name.

Engineering
- How it is set up
- A dedicated engineering team working from Brazil, engaged through an employer of record, covering backend, integrations, frontend, data and AI, infrastructure, quality assurance and security.
- Why it is set up that way
- Senior engineering capacity at a cost structure that lets a small company ship a regulated product properly. Engineering access to client data is governed by data-processing agreements and EU-approved transfer safeguards, and client data is stored and processed in the EU.
