Website Terms and Conditions

Last updated 11 August 2026

These terms govern your use of luscent.io. They are deliberately short: this is a website, and using it should not require a law degree.

Who we are

luscent.io is operated by Luscent S.A. (in formation), a company being incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (“Luscent”, “we”). Registered office: 9, rue du Laboratoire, L-1911 Luxembourg. Contact: legal@luscent.io.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the public website only. Access to the Luscent platform, participation in the pilot programme, and any commercial engagement are governed exclusively by separate written agreements between Luscent and your firm. Nothing on this website constitutes a contractual offer, and no platform right arises from browsing it or submitting a form on it.

Information, not advice

The content of this website is general information about Luscent and its product. It is not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or compliance advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement. Descriptions of regulations (such as MiFID II, the GDPR, or the EU AI Act) summarise how our product relates to them; they are not guidance on your firm's obligations. The Luscent platform generates evidence and surfaces signals; decisions remain with the firm and its professionals at all times.

Pilot programme applications

Submitting an application on the pilot page is a request to be considered, not an acceptance into the programme. Selection is at our discretion and cohort places are limited. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of your institution. How we handle application data is described in the Privacy Notice.

Intellectual property

The website and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, and the Luscent name and marks) are owned by or licensed to Luscent. You may view, download, and print content for your own professional evaluation of Luscent. Any other reproduction or use of the Luscent marks requires our prior written consent.

Indexing permitted

Automated reading and indexing of the public site, including by search engines and AI assistants, is permitted.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site: no attempts to breach its security, disrupt its availability, misrepresent your identity in submissions, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome; see the responsible disclosure note in our Trust Center and write to security@luscent.io.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services (for example LinkedIn). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and for which we accept no responsibility.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the website at any time. We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate and current, but we do not warrant either.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Luxembourg law, Luscent excludes liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the website and its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any dispute relating to the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City, without prejudice to mandatory protective rules of your place of residence where those apply.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remainder stays in force. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and material changes take effect when published on this page.
