Luscent vs Unblu
Unblu is a conversational engagement platform: secure messaging, live chat, video and voice, co-browsing and document collaboration between a bank and its clients. Luscent does a different job: it reads the communications the firm already records, scores each Client relationship and files the suitability evidence the advice needs.
One runs the conversation. The other reads the record of it.
The short answer
Is Luscent a conversational banking platform?
No. Luscent does not provide the chat, video or co-browsing channel. It reads the communications a firm already has, attributes each one to a Client, and turns what it finds into a Health Score, Signals and suitability evidence linked to the source messages. The Relationship Manager approves before anything reaches a Client.

What each one does with the same message
01What it is built for
Holding secure conversations between a firm and its clients: messaging, live chat, video and voice, co-browsing and documents.
Reading the conversations a firm already records, for the Client file and the Relationship Manager.
02Who starts it
The client or the adviser, when they open a conversation.
The Client's own words. Luscent reads each message and raises a Signal when something moves, before anyone asks.
03What it produces
The conversation, delivered securely in the firm's channel.
A Health Score from 0 to 100, Signals with a confidence badge, and the next right conversation for the Relationship Manager.
04Suitability
Carries the conversation the evidence may come from.
Writes the suitability evidence as the advice happens, linked to the message it came from. A deterministic rule: it fired or it did not, and you can read why.
05Coverage
The conversations held in the platform.
Every Client in the book, read the same way, with the same rules.
06Who approves
The adviser decides what to say and send.
The Relationship Manager, who approves or edits every AI draft before anything reaches a Client.
When an engagement platform is enough, and when it is not
An engagement platform is enough when
- You need a secure digital channel for client conversations
- Advisers already know which Client to call, and why
- Suitability files are assembled by hand, and the volume makes that workable
Luscent adds to it when
- A material change is mentioned in a message and nobody records what it means for the file
- You need to see which relationships are cooling across the whole book
- Suitability evidence is rebuilt after the fact, unevenly across Clients

What buyers ask about Luscent and Unblu
Does Luscent replace Unblu?
No. They do different jobs, and a firm can run both. Luscent reads the communications the firm already records and turns them into a Health Score, Signals and suitability evidence linked to the source.
Does the AI make the compliance call?
No. Suitability and the other compliance checks run on a deterministic rules engine: the rule fired or it did not, and you can read why. The Relationship Manager decides what to do.
Where are the messages processed?
In the EU. Inference is EU-hosted, with EU providers only, and no US model API in the client-data path.
Can we try it without production data?
Yes. The pilot runs for ninety days, free, with three to five Relationship Managers. It starts on synthetic data and stays in the EU.
