A number you can take apart
The client Health Score stops being a single figure and starts showing the parts that move it, so a Relationship Manager sees why a client rose or fell, not just that it did.
A health score you cannot take apart is a health score nobody trusts. So we shipped the engine that takes it apart.
Every Client now carries a Health Score from 0 to 100, and behind that single number sits a profile-scoring engine that computes it from its underlying drivers and keeps them visible. When a client's score moves, the Relationship Manager can see which driver moved it: the tempo of contact, the sentiment in it, the engagement behind it, the things that actually changed. The same scores feed the per-client engagement brief, so the read on the relationship and the suggested next step come from one source, not two.
This is the difference between a dashboard that asserts and a dashboard that explains. A number on its own is a claim. A number with its drivers attached is something the person responsible can check, and defend.
