One feed, two tabs, and a room at LHoFT
The first Luscent build, shown at the LHoFT AI Experience Centre: a Dashboard that ranks what needs attention, a Clients list with a health read, and a Client Detail that watches and explains.
On 13 April 2026 we put the first Luscent build in front of a room at the LHoFT AI Experience Centre. Not slides. The product.
It was deliberately small. The Dashboard was a prioritised signal feed: the client relationships that needed attention that day, ranked, at the top. The Clients list gave a health read on every relationship, so nothing important sat unseen. Client Detail opened two tabs. Monitor showed what was happening with a client. Detect showed the patterns we had found in the communications, and pointed back at the messages that produced them.
That was the whole of it, and that was the point. A system of record waits to be queried. This was the opposite: a feed that reads the relationship and tells the Relationship Manager what moved, before anyone thinks to ask.
