The record, as it stood

Open any Client file as of a past date: the Health Score, the suitability evidence, and the decisions and approvals recorded up to that day.

When a review asks why advice was given, the answer depends on what the firm knew at the time. Release 1.4 put every Signal, suitability check and confirmation on the Audit Trail. This release lets you read that record back as it stood on any past date.

Choose a date in the Audit Trail and the Client file shows the Health Score, the suitability evidence, and the decisions and approvals recorded up to the end of that day. Entries recorded later are not shown, so the view matches what the firm could have known on that day.

What it is for

  • A supervisory or internal review that asks what was known when the advice was given
  • A handover, where the next Relationship Manager needs the file as it was

The view is read-only: looking at the past changes nothing in the file.
