Review a Signal

For Relationship Managers4 min readUpdated 2 October 2026Product version 1.4

A Signal tells you that something in a client relationship changed, why Luscent thinks so, and where the evidence sits. Reviewing one takes under a minute and leaves a record behind.

Common questions

Can I review a Signal from the Dashboard? Yes. Selecting it opens the client, the same as from the Signals page.

Why is there no percentage on some Signals? They came from the rules engine. A rule reference (for example LU-SUIT-04) replaces the confidence badge because the outcome is deterministic.

Does the client ever see this? No. Signals, the Health Score and the proposed conversation are internal to your firm.

Before you start

  • You are signed in to Luscent and your book of clients is assigned to you.

  • Microsoft 365 is connected for your firm. Without it, Signals from mail, calendar and Teams cannot be raised.

Steps

  1. Open the Signal. From the Dashboard or the Signals page, select a Signal. It opens on the client's Client Detail page, Monitor tab, with the Signal card on the right.

  2. Read what changed. The headline names the change. The quote beneath it is the sentence Luscent read. Nothing is summarised away: you can open the source exchange from the card.

  3. Check the badges. The priority badge says how urgent the change is for this client. The confidence badge says how sure the model is. A Signal from the rules engine shows the rule reference instead of a percentage.

  4. Read the next right conversation. Luscent proposes one conversation, with the person to speak to and the point to raise.

  5. Choose what happens. Mark the Signal as reviewed, or dismiss it and give a reason. Either way the decision, your name and the time are written to the audit trail.
