View a Client record as of a past date
The Audit Trail shows a Client file as it stood on any past date: the Health Score, the suitability evidence, and the decisions and approvals recorded up to that day.
Common questions
Can I change the record from the past view?
No. The view is read-only. Looking at a past date changes nothing in the file.
Why is a recent decision missing?
It was recorded after the date you chose. Choose a later date, or Today, to see it.
Does the Client see this?
No. The Audit Trail is internal to your firm.
Before you start
You are signed in to Luscent with a role that can open Governance, such as Compliance.
The Client you want to review has activity on its record.
Open the record as of a date
Go to Governance, then Audit Trail, and open the Client.
Select the As of date field, choose the day you need, then Apply.
Read the Health Score, the suitability evidence, and the decisions and approvals as they stood at the end of that day.
What the view shows, and what it does not
The view shows only what was recorded up to the end of the chosen day. Entries recorded later are not shown, so the file reads as the firm could have known it then. The view is read-only: looking at a past date changes nothing in the file.
